MemoryWell (“we,” “us”) builds and operates managed AI workflows for builders. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through the service, and how we handle it. Plain language, because that’s how we do everything.
The short version
- Your project data — plans, bids, takeoffs, invoices — lives on your own private box, not in a shared pool.
- We don’t sell your data.
- We don’t use your business data to train third-party AI models.
- When you leave, we help you export what’s yours and delete the rest.
Information we collect on this site
- Contact form details you submit — name, company, email, phone, and your message — so we can respond to you. These submissions are delivered to us by email.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (such as IP address and user agent) that our hosting provider records for security and reliability.
This marketing site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
Information within the service
When you’re a customer, the workflows run on a private instance provisioned for you. The documents and records you or your team feed in are processed to perform the tasks you’ve asked for — checking a bid, coding an invoice, drafting a purchase order. We access that data only as needed to set up, operate, tune, and support your instance, and we treat it as confidential.
AI processing
Some tasks use AI models to read and evaluate documents. We use providers under agreements that prohibit using your content to train their models. MemoryWell’s doctrine is to evaluate, not fabricate — the system reports uncertainty rather than inventing data, and it never sends, posts, or signs anything without a human approving it first.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide and support the service.
- To keep the service secure and working.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and the service (for example, hosting and AI-processing providers), under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell or rent your information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records. Customer data is retained per your service agreement; on request or at the end of the relationship, we help you export your data and then delete it from systems we control.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@trymemorywell.com and we’ll take care of it.
